Chuck Spezzano, Ph.D., is an internationally recognized expert in relationship psychology. He has over thirty-five years of experience in relationship counseling and training and offers a unique perspective on human connection through his blending of psychology and spirituality. As an author, personal growth seminar facilitator, international trainer, speaker and therapist, Chuck shares wisdom and insight into the mysteries of the mind using psychological and spiritual language and metaphor. He has written 20 books and 5 card decks that have been published in 9 foreign languages.

With his wife Lency, Chuck developed a profound approach to emotional and spiritual healing over twenty years ago. In this time, their innovative model, The Psychology of Vision, has been taught internationally through seminars, workshops and advanced trainings.

Chuck spends over 200 days a year training, facilitating and lecturing at various locations across the globe. He possesses a rare ability to move beyond demographic factors such as age, sex, and religion, as well as immense cultural differences, which have enabled him to penetrate the hearts and minds of hundreds of thousands of people with his message of love and healing. Blending vision and insight with fun and outrageousness, Chuck’s lectures and workshops are both thought provoking and entertaining. His compassion for people’s pain is matched by his recognition of the tremendous healing power of love and laughter.

Chuck has a B.A. in Philosophy and Psychology from Duquesne University followed by a Masters in Sociology and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the United States International University. His professional background is in Counseling Psychology, Family Therapy, Short Term Crisis Intervention and marriage, family, and child counseling. He also worked as a psychologist at the Naval Rehabilitation Center at the Miramar Air Station in San Diego , California , conducting thousands of therapy groups and individual sessions. He currently resides with his wife in East Oahu, Hawaii.

Lency Spezzano has a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling. In 1984 she joined Chuck in developing and teaching the Psychology of Vision.

Lency is pioneering a mystical path through her joining method that emphasizes the feminine, emotional and direct approach to love which releases emotional pain from the body and frequently connects participants with the bliss of Divine Love. She is the author of Make Way for Love – A Story to Open the Heart and has also co-authored two books with Chuck.

Hiromi Kurihara is a successful trainer and therapist with more than 26 years of experience.

Along the years, she has counseled more than 20,000 people and hosted many Psychology of Vision workshops in Japan, Taiwan, Bangladesh and Singapore.

She is the first POV Master Trainer in Asia, and runs a seminar company with her husband Hideaki.

Hiromi’s strength is in using her intuition to help her student find breakthroughs for their current problems with ease and humor.

Her aspirations led her to become the president of a non-profit organization "Kokoro no Vitamin" (Vitamin for Your Heart) that commits to many humanity works in Bangladesh.

She is also the author of several international bestsellers like “Kokoro no vitamin” (Vitamins for your heart), “Finding Your Perfect Partner – 7 lessons to a Happy Marriage”, “I Want to Live”, etc, with many of these titles still being translated to other languages and sold throughout the world.

Jeff Allen is the first POV Master Trainer and co-director of Psychology of Vision UK. He has traveled extensively and regularly conducts workshops in Germany, Spain, Brazil, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kenya and Zambia.   Jeff is instrumental in developing the 30-modules Leadership Training program called The Steps to Leadership, which has been widely used around the world since 2006. His wit and clarity often inspire the participants and help them find great breakthroughs in their lives. Ms Veronica Lim has many years of business and training experiences especially in the field of sales and marketing. Being benefited greatly by the trainings received from the POV trainers, she founded Growth Vision in April 2007 with the passion to share Psychology of Vision workshops with as many people as possible.

Since her first workshop received in December 2006, Veron has completed more than 100 days of POV training with the Master Trainers and Founders. She is now a facilitator of Step to Leadership Program under Psychology of Vision. Veron is known for her clarity and wierd sense of humor. Due to her heavy schedule, she has only committed to conduct maximum two STL classes each year.

Back in 1999, Yanni started her career in the training and coaching arena.
