Growth Vision Pte Ltd is a training company dedicated to promote Psychology of Vision (POV) programs in Singapore and Malaysia. Inspired by the extraordinary effects of Psychology of Vision workshops in relationship healing, conflict resolving, stress management, depression healing and visionary leadership, Growth Vision was founded in April 2007 with the sole purpose of introducing POV to people who are interested in having better relationships and happier lives. Since then, it has helped hundreds and thousands of individuals achieve better relationships with their love ones, foster stronger bonds among families and allow happiness and ease for many lives.

Most seminars or workshops teach us knowledge and skill sets that are good for our conscious mind; Psychology of Vision workshops bring us direct to our subconscious or even unconscious mind level, helping us get out of traps and other obstacles that had been bothering us for years. POV’s strength lies in it’s extraordinary abilities to heal relationships, resolve conflicts and enhance understanding about ourselves and others.

Founded in the early 80s by Dr Chuck Spezzano and his lovely wife Lency Spezzano, POV has since helped thousands of people achieved ease, happiness and success in life. One can benefit from attending a POV workshop, learning through Step to Leadership program, reading the books or simply join the weekly sessions provided by Growth Vision for healing exercises and counseling. Those who are committed to healing or aspire to become a trainer can choose to complete the 100 Day program which comprises of local and overseas apprenticeship trainings. Interested parties are welcomed to make enquiry with our local facilitators.

Besides helping individuals, POV trainers have been helping companies and organizations to achieve better results through helping them sorting out underlying dynamics and enhancing teamwork and bonding among key players.
